About

What We Do

The Conference of Southeastern County Associations (CSCA) is an annual gathering where leaders from county government associations across the Southeast come together to collaborate, learn, and address the unique challenges facing their communities. Representing Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia, CSCA’s member associations work tirelessly to uphold and improve the quality of life for millions of residents across these states.

  • Our attendees are leaders dedicated to providing valuable public service. Our meetings are essential to ensuring that county governments are aligned and equipped to serve their residents. CSCA is more than just a conference; it is a forum for generating ideas, fostering collaboration, and building lasting connections that empower counties to act with unity and purpose.
  • Each year, our participants engage in discussions that delve into issues that matter to every resident—topics like housing, economic development, real estate availability, election security, and legislative trends and priorities. These conversations are informed by our shared mission to ensure a prosperous, sustainable future for all. By addressing complex challenges together, we provide support, share expertise, and ultimately work toward solutions that reflect the values and needs of the communities we represent.
  • At CSCA, we believe that great ideas are born from shared experience and mutual respect. With a commitment to collaboration and the greater good, our associations work to strengthen not only our counties but the Southeast as a whole.
